Pretty much I was just wondering, what is the difference between the 4.6l 2v in the 96-98 mustangs, the 99-04 mustangs as well as a 2005 lincoln town car

I have a 98’ GT that obviously had the 4.6l 2v with the non-pi heads. but I swapped it for a 4.6l from a 2005 lincoln town car. just was wondering the difference if anyone could give me a little insight when it comes to internals and what not from the three cars
