I have a 1998 Mustang GT, recent of just last night my fuel pump fuse blew, it blows before i even turn over then engine (when ignition is just on) my theft light keeps blinking and for some reasons my check engine light is blinking as well and a clicking noise coming from the front passenger fender. My OBD2 scanner is saying its failing to connect. im beginning to think my wire harness is just fried and I need a new harness.
