When I picked up my 04 GT I rented a car hauler. It was inconvenient but it was about 40 miles away so had no choice. Reason it couldn't be driven is because it's currently a salvage title. I'm about ready to take it to the shop for the safety inspection that's roughly 2 miles from me through town. It is a manual. Would it be ok to get a Dolly this time, put it in neutral and tow it that distance?
