Hazard, Brake lights, and high beams all work, turn signals do not.

Turn signals do not flash, but all other lights do. Multifunction switch is not bad, and no fuses for the turn signal or any other lighting are blown. Just recently purchased the car from Milwaukee. Also to add, are there 2 separate flashers for hazards and turn signals? Been looking online and haven't found much info. Thanks.
