Man I really wanna old school mustang maybe the 90s and early 2000s model somthing fun and cheap I can build and make fast but worried about the 4.6 lack of power.

So I d like to ask some stupid questions possible

1. Why are they so weak? Are they weak or was it EPA neutering powerful engines. And if so is it easy to tune it up.

2. Are they fixable and easy to work repair and mod like the LS?

I am a newbie and building cars. My day driver car is a challenger RT and it's brand new so...
