I have a 2006 Mustang GT. It's been making a ticking noise on acceleration. It doesn't make it in idle nor park. It has to be in gear and the car has to be driven for atleast 30 Minutes for the ticking to become noticable. So the engine has to be fairly warm. You can hear it up in the front while driving.
