Hoping to get some help on what to do with my 2008 ford mustang GT.

I recently moved to Oregon where my car must be DEQ tested. However, I have been unsuccessful due to 3 systems reading as "Unready".

So basically here is my issue. I have taken my car to the DEQ several times to have it tested and 3 systems continue to read "unready". This includes 1: O2 sensor 2. O2 Heater 3 Catalyst
