Hello everyone my name is Mike and I'm trying to build a 306 motor for my 82 Mustang. Trying to figure out what would be the best setup and was hoping some of you guys could help. If this is in the wrong section please move.

Things I have so far:
•99 Ford Explorer 5.0 w/gt40p heads
•RPM air gap intake
•670 brawler carb
•Bbk long tube headers

Block is going to machine shop for .030 job, cam bearings, and crank balancing.

Im gonna clean up the heads, lap the valves, upgrade the springs...
