2008 Mustang GT - new Detroit Rocker cams, Pypes long headers and x pipe, Ford racing CAI.

I have been having a bunch of problems with no power at high RPMs and stalling at warm idle. I have cleaned and reseated all engine compartment ground wires, cleaned the CAI and throttle body. I did the relearn on the throttle body after disconnecting the battery for over an hour, then reconnecting and idling for 10min. No change to problem.
