So, my April 20 order has been MIA since Aug. 17....we finally got answer: the car was totaled during shipment in August and they never bothered to tell my dealer, me or much of anyone. Now, it looks like a new order will take five months -- very frustrating and ridiculous by Ford. Accidents happen, but it would have been nice to let my dealer know, so we could order another car (honestly, they should have notified me and asked immediately if I wanted to reorder).
