have a 1968 ford mustang 302 that has a starter issue. When turning the engine over the starter spins but doesn't turn the fly wheel. got new starter and it did the same thing. Converted it over to a hi torque starter and ran a jumper wire to the solenoid on the finder wall and it still just spins and don't turn the flywheel....What can be the problem.
