After my third session with a local auto shop, the Check Fuel Cap and Check Engine lights continue to occur after a few days of short trips. The DTC codes are P0455 and P0457. The original shop tests showed that the Purge Valve and the vacuum hose to it required replacement. After replacement the dash lights still came back on.
