Is there anyway to verify the mileage on an "83 Mustang?

We are trying to sell our '83 and I know the mileage is correct at only 18,430 miles.

BUT how can I prove that to a prospective buyer? Is the any sort of an inspection, appraiser, or any anything that can certify the mileage is correct?
