Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a Ford Performance Hood Strut kit. Everything was going fine until I tried to put the left front bolt in that secures the hood hinge to the hood. The bolt acts like it's going to seat for a few turns, then "pops" and is no longer seated - I can pull the bolt straight out.

Any ideas on how to fix this please?
