Hello, I am going to pull my 2003 3.8 engine soon and reseal and stuff while it is out it has 90,000 miles and I was wonder about using 4.2 pistons and crank and possibly a comp cam 44-700-9 and ported heads. Would I see power gains (hp and torque) n/a or is it just about having stronger internals?
