I have a 2011 California special with 6 speed and coyote engine...I bought is from auction..I went for inspection sticker and reject saying 02 not ready..car has upgraded cold air intake and I beleive it came as a kit with a tuner,,I don't have the tuner..question,,will some tunes keep from getting inspection sticker .and how do I reset back to factory so it will pass sticker..can I buy another tuner,??tail pipettes have black carbon build up..I think it has a tune and I'd like to go factory...
