The title says it all. New fan, all new a/c, high, and low relays (all four relays involved in fan). New compressor relay since it's tied in. New compressor. Plug to radiator is good. It will kick on when running but the use of AC will make it not run sometimes. So it's not the radiator fan relays and I checked all fuses. Also has a new thermostat.
