I've been documenting all oil changes and fills in between changes for several months now. What I've noticed is the following:
For every 1,000 miles driven, the engine consumes approximately 1 quart of motor oil. I am using Mobil 1 5W-20 with the driving conditions being mainly highway. The vehicle has approximately 100,000 miles.

Are other owners experiencing the same level of oil consumption?
