Hey everyone,

04 GT - All dashes on the odometer, rapid flashing theft light and code scanner won't connect....HELP~!

I'm reaching my wits end trying to figure out this issue. I replaced the fuel pump in the car a week ago. When I went to start the car it would crank but not run. I've confirmed the fuel pump is not running after turning the ignition switch to on. The fuel pump works, I tested it manually with a 12 V power source.
