2006 Mustang GT. Just replaced alternator due to a "camshaft position sensor" code and that was successful. Prior to replacing alternator, I tried to turn the car on and it acted as I never put the key in. The PATS light flashing every 5 seconds which i think is normal. Tried jumping it, nothing. Then i goy my spare, and it fired up......

After it worked again, either key was now good to use to turn on. Since then i have parked it for 1.5 weeks. Now i go out there and neither...
