Car fires off for a millisecond and dies and just does that.

I have a bone stock 1996 Cobra i parked the car running and it sat for about 7 months. Yesterday i put a new battery in and a fuel filter because mine was clogged bad. After i did that the car was acting like it had no spark. Checked and boom it didn't then like magic without touching anything it hah spark adn would fire and die over and over.
