Complete coyote swap 05-09 GT

Hey everyone, I have an 05 mustang gt and plan on doing a coyote swap in the near future. I know pbh makes a control pack for this but my question is would there be a possible way to swap everything from a gen 1 into my 05 From the drivetrain to interior including all the harnesses? If so would I have to modify the body at all or need any other parts? Also would any of the control modules have to be recalibrated or anything?All advice much appreciated
