NEED IMMEDIATE HELP! Car running bad (06 GT) Code reader says replace MAFS. However went online and called parts. Why do they range from $38 all the way to $218. I ask about why the difference but all I get is deer in the headlight look. Can someone explain? Need to fix tomorrow or the wife will use my car, ain't happening.
