Hi, I’m new to the forum and recently bought a 96 v6 car that was swapped to a 4.6 (from a crown Vic) w a manual trans which I think is a t45 currently it’s running rough and misfiring I have a cylinder 4 misfire code, ignition circuit b/c primary circuit open also have automatic transmission codes and egr codes(egr system is deleted) I’m wondering if anyone knows of a good place I could send the computer to get the auto trans and egr stuff tuned out of it and if that could potentially...
