Restomod with 2022 NA Coyote Gen 3, Manual Trans (PCM = CM-12A650-AKANP)

Have got a Permanent P068A DTC:

P068A - ECM/PCM Power Relay De-Energized Performance Too Early

Have tried a new PCM Relay, and (engine off) the output terminal goes +12.5V immediately with key "on", and stays +12.5V for 15 seconds after key "off" -- which seems logical/reasonable to me. Can anyone comment on this issue? Should the output terminal remain +12.5V for longer than 15 seconds after key "off"?
