Hey guys,
I bought a project that some one got feed up with but it has proven to be quite challenging.

Car is a 04 GT that has a 95 Mark VIII 4V with a 98 Cobra intake manifold. The car is not throwing any codes. I double checked to ensure everything is connect and with the exception of the EGR system(been deleted) everything else looks good. I also verified that the coils are wired properly (polarity reversed) and I put a fuel pressure gauge on it but with the car surging the pressure...
