So I bought an 84 SVO from a guy who was having issues getting it to run right. Would not turn over 3000 rpm, pig rich, cuts out and misses like crazy when it tries to boost. I have found that the spout doesn’t change anything. If I set it a 10 with spout out it stays at 10 with the spout connected.
