2021 EcoBoost Premium. "Voice Navigation not ready" error won't allow me to use the Nav. Dealer says I need a"transceiver" but can't get the part...Ford is no help. Spoke to them about 5 times It's been almost 8 months since I got the car and no one can tell me where the part is. They are available online for about $400 but I'm not going to pay for a warranty part. Can't update Sync 3. Can't update maps. Can't get connected to FordPass. So much for the 172 point inspection on my Certified...
