I purchased my Mustang from the sister of it's previous owner who owned it since 2003. She has no idea what oil was used in it since she only bought it and never drove it.

The owners manual says to use "Motorcraft 5W30 Super Premium Motor Oil". Is that a fully synthetic, synthetic blend or conventional oil? I'm going to do my first oil change. It has 97,000 miles on it and I want to buy the proper oil for it. Opinions on the proper oil for me to get would be appreciated.
