I went to drive my car today and it would not go. ('06GT) It acted like the e-brake was stuck (had that issue before), or the wheels were chocked (maybe had that before).

I have had a little stickiness to the parking/e-brake on occasion but it was never too bad. Usually after I had washed the car or maybe rain. A nudge, a pop, and all was well. (car is 15yr old but 30k miles). I thought it was the e-brake cable (again) which was redesigned around 2007 or so as the original (05-06) had water...

FYI: Sticking/popping rear brakes after a rainfall....
