How do I post a 16 MB video on this site? Anyway, let me explain the problem:

Left turn signal works. Inside the car it flashes slowly in red on the dash. Outside the car, the sequential motion works.

For the right side, it blinks fast in green on the dash. On the outside, the whole tail light will light up OK, but flashes only, no sequential motion.

If you turn on the flasher, both rear lights light up and blink normally.
