Hi, fellow Mustang lovers. I am currently preparing my 2002 4.6 L Ford Mustang for a brake pad,caliper,brake line and rotor job..I also would like to get this panel repainted because I'm contemplating selling this Mustang because I need money. I fell down some stairs late January and I ended up breaking my 11th rib. This rib is what's known as a floating rib, and I have been taking 2 steps forward and one step back for the past month or two. I just can't seem to have this rib stop...

Can I remove this panel with surface rust on it? This is long..
