09 GTCS convertible. I can hear and feel the motor running and used a small scope to see that all of the external parts were fine. I was able to remove the lumbar unit from the seat without removing the seat from the car. The gears were destroyed inside, cheap plastic and very stiff plastic making up the lumbar support. I suspect the plastic gears weren't strong enough to compress/bend the lumbar plastic or hold it in place. The weakest part broke. Apparently no one makes just the...
