I recently had an issue that I cannot figure, I was driving in Houston traffic fast then slow bumper to bumper, my mustang started to ramp up so high on the RPM I thought my engine would blow, I quickly let off the gas and the RPMs kept going up but the car did not move even in second gear, I took get off gear and put it in neutral, it was still revving up, I turned it off then crank it back up and it did the same thing.
