Wheel size and offset help

1966 V8 coupe. Doing 4 wheel disc brake conversion. 14” rotors. Good sized calipers. Looking at a 17” wheel. No idea if that will work or what offset I would need. 5 lug. Anyone have experience or ideas? TIA
