I have a 03, GT with high miles - 170K+ It's ran well but I am having a problem that I am unable to diagnose and unsure where to start.

Car idles ok, but after 2/3 mins, it dies out and doesn't restart. The first time it did that I thought it was the fuel pump, but after I let it sit a week or so (not a daily driver) it started back up.

Yesterday I started it up and let it idle and it did the same thing...idled and then died.

Is this a common problem? Car is bone stock - no...
