Cylinder #4 Misfire

So I have an 07 GT, I swapped Coils #3 & #4 as well as changed the Cylinder #4 Sparkplug (I plan on going a step-colder for a procharger so just doing this as a way to check possible issues off the list.) and the misfire did not swap cylinders.
What are the next steps I should take in order to fix this misfire?
