I have a 05 mustang GT V8 4.6 l and continue to hear a burnishing or a dump dump dump dump on the rear driver side wheel couldn't figure it out by a new set of rims and tires figured it was because of a bent rim but after buying another set of rims and tires it still continue but God less and less well I finally figured it out to the best of my ability by checking to see if the rim was bent and checking to see if that axle was been and it turned out to be as rope warped rotor I believe...
