I have a 2012 mustang gt, and I was driving up my subdivision hill today and the traction light started flashing and I lost all throttle power, curious on what this means?

Also did a burnout a couple days ago and about 15 seconds in the car loses throttle power again, I’m thinking I hit the rev limiter and the cut off for the fuel happened maybe?
