Been a hot minute since I've been on here. Have a new project with plans for a fuel injected 306. Unwrapped block after visit to machine shop to prep for storage. Found a divot approximately 11 thou deep at the fire ring for one of the cylinders. It's a roller Block from a 95 f150.
Should I tear down and resurface? Run a conventional head gasket?
Or find another block?
