Has anyone used any of these 2 kits on their GTs? Any info/opinion is greatly appreciated. Thank You.

I'm doing PM on my Stang soon (currently at 318K and still kicking lol), last changes to these were about 95K ago. Unfortunately no kit from MotorCraft at RockAuto.
