I've been having non-stop issues with my Mustang with it going into failsafe mode. I've had several parts replaced the newest codes that are coming up is a p2112 (Throttle Body Actuator stuck closed) p 2104 (TB sensor forced idle) & p0135 (oxygen sensor heater bank 1/sensor 1).
