Hello all, replaced a dead alternator on my 2006 Mustang GT, along with a new battery. After installing new alternator I noticed that that above 2000 RPM all the warning lights would come on (low tire pressure, traction control, etc.) & the air conditioner would shut off. Checked voltage at the battery, & at idle volts would remain about 14.2V but during acceleration would spike up to 18-19V. The higher the throttle, the higher the voltage. I should have just removed the alternator & took it...
