So a friend of mine just got used 2011 Mustang GT.

He wants to do suspension first which I think is a rather good idea before going for a modest increase in power with simple bolt on parts and a tune. I have a question, are racing pulleys, lightened fly wheels, and upgraded clutches still used for a lightly to medium modded 2011 Mustang GT?

I am not that familiar with suspension set ups for the 2011 GT Mustang.
He doesn't want a radical race set up but he wants it between stock and racing...
