2017 V6 passanger window moving with car off

2017 mustang passenger car window moves up and down when the car is off which drains the battery. New window motor, new battery and window reset. 8 weeks at another garage and still moves up and down for no reason. No one knows how to fix it !!! Said possible electrical problem no clue how or where to fix it. Beautiful car low miles. Very frustrated.
