2010 Ford Mustang 4.0L w/several DTC codes that came on suddenly, and are intermittent but persistent.

After the car just stalled out while driving on the highway, took car to a mechanic who claims the O2 sensors were faulty. He did a full tune-up, and replaced the O2 sensors and the codes came back about a day later. I specifically asked if he checked the O2 sensor heaters in situ, and he said he did. I think he lied, but, not sure if I should be mad.
