The 4 amp one I got doesn't seem to maintain my battery. I was told the 1.5 amp would suffice so I got the 4 amp thinking if my battery was flat that it might charge faster...

So my question is, was I duped or should I get the 12 amp or was the 1.5 amp the one and O screwed myself?
