2017 mustang V6 passenger window raises and shuts up and down when car is off and runs the battery down. New window motor and still ha not stopped going up and down. Help it has been to garages for 9 weeks

2017 mustang passenger car window moves up and down when the car is off which drains the battery. New window motor, new battery and window reset. 8 weeks at another garage and still moves up and down for no reason. No one knows how to fix it !!! Said possible electrical problem no clue...
