Hey guys! I recently bought a 2005 mustang gt 7 months ago and still can't find this problem. Basically it runs fine on the street, but when I start leaving from a dead stop, It starts running rough when I give it little to no throttle, but it goes away after revving it past 3k rpms. I've basically changed everything to my knowledge related to the problem, including -> o2 sensors, cam phasers, coils, spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter, fuel pump, pcv valve, cam sensors, timing, throttle...
