The MGW shifter (I ordered the standard handle) will not accept the factory shift knob in my car. I recall seeing in printed materials online somewhere that this might be the case with the shorter “X spec” handle, but I can’t find where I saw that now. I didn’t think it was supposed to be an issue with the standard handle though.

Anybody know what the specs are for the shift knobs that WILL work with the MGW shifter? I’m going to look around for one. I’m getting tired of the “8 ball” style.
